Asking for Mother, Female, 72 years old, WAH CANTT

My mother is now on bed. She cannot easily stand on his legs and cannot hold her urine or bowel movements. Heat eating habits are satisfactory and she also has short-term memory disorder. Her biggest issues are not holding her bowel and urine and we are dealing her in a caring way but we are feeling very uneasy with her above-mentioned issues, somebody suggested us to see her a neuro-physician but here in WAH CANTT only neurosugeons are available so plz can you suggest us what we should do?

Thanks for asking question.
As a neurophysician first of all I need to know the reason for inbalance, decrease memory and not controlling urine and stool.
Do yiu have his MRI brain.?
Did she have any stroke before?
Any head injury, infection, and previous history of brain damage.

Usually if patient. Have these above mentioned issues than we should think about a disease which is called NPH. ( normal pressure hydrocephalus)

Send me his brain MRI
