Heaviness in the head at this age may be a minor issue but it may be more serious. It all depends on how long has he had it.,,Don’t dismiss it as trivial. Is his general health good? Does he have nausea or vomiting?. It may be a good idea to do a scan and if you can afford do an MRI scan of head.
