Thank you for seeking my help. Headaches can occur due to many reasons, most of them are due to non lethal or non serious causes but they affect one’s life quite badly. Coming to the lethal or serious diseases causing headaches, they should be investigated thoroughly so as to treat and mange it promptly. Now for both types lethal or non lethal requires detailed history , clinical examination and Neuroimaging like CT scan or MRI scan.
You should visit a neurologist . Regards

Thanks for asking for help. Just ruling out the serous thing is probably not the solution. Even a non serious disease can disturb the quality of life. There are certain red flags which of present can indicate a serious illness such as fever, vomiting, double vision, one side arm leg weakness. Episodic frequent headache on one side maybe just a migraine esp if it’s associated with nausea vomiting, worsening with light noise etc. A thorough history and a proper complete examination can reach to exact diagnosis. Would suggest showing to a neurologist
