Current guidelines include Tab Acetazolamide 250 mg tablet , to start with half of it thrice daily and gradually increase upto 3-4 Gm per day.
Tab. Acetazolamide ( diamox) 250 mg twiice a day. Dose can be increased dependinf on your symptoms. Reduce your weight. Oral contraceptives should be avoided. This condition is very serious and you lose your vision. See nearest neurologist ASAP
