Talk to Neuro Physician on Headache & Dizziness With Epileptic Jerk

My mother have been using anti-epileptic drug from the last 20 years, current taking Levetireacetam 500mg OD. She complained dizziness & Headache since 2 weeks ago, took Serc 16 mg & stugeron forte tab, issue resolved temporarily. On Mon, felt epileptic jerks on her left side. Consulted, Dr recommended MRI. (She have been using Amlodipine 5mg OD from the last 2 years for hypertension, B.P remains controlled, don with HBA1C too, it was 5.6) She has osteoarthritis (osteoporosis patient) Here I'm attaching a rain MRI (plain) report for clarification.
