Talk to Neuro Physician on Headache From Past 10 Years

Actually, My mother is suffering from headache since last 10 years. It occurs twice in week, or once a week, and lasts for 4 days. No medicine works when she gets pain, no any medicine. Its intensity increases as day passes and on last day, it transfers to one side then ends after 4 days. Some time vomiting also occurs during headache, and During headache it feels more hunger. There are no sleep problems, It occurs due to noise, or whenever she goes to outside as well. We have examined her with two Neurologists, she was ok till she took medicines, as soon as course finished the same headache started again. We have get done CT scan too, it is attached. She want to get rid of it, please help. Any specialist Dr. or Neurologist or Neurophysician who must have wide experience and knowledge in sloving such cases. answer here I would immediately go for Appointment. Please drop ur whtsp number too for previous medicines images.

There are 3 to 4 pages of Dr's prescription, Firstly she used (Sibelium capsule she used to get some releif then it didn't work), recently when she gets headache she uses Limigzol, gets some relief, analyze the case, if you can solve, I may get appointment, we want to get rid of it.

firstly you need to understand that migraine is a type of disorder which is manageable but not curable, it can't be eradicated. treatment goal is to reduce the frequency and intensity of attacks and bring the patient back to normal with medications or other options whichever patient can afford or tolerate like psychotherapy, neuromodulation. if you don't want to use pills then there are injectable treatments which are given every one month or 3 month but they are costly..
