Assalamualikum Mera brain ka aik side pr pain hota ha 2 week ma aik ya month ma aik bar kbhi left side or right side pr or jis side pain hota ha usi side ki eye bi dard hoti bhari sa pan rehta ha. Or ye dard ziyada tar jhukna ma chalna ma hota ha or paracetamol khana sa bi nhi jata. phr khud aik din baad thk hojata ha or is diran matli si bi rehti ha burp bi ati hen. Please doctor aesa kyun hota ha is ka kiya reason ha? Or aesa dard ho tw kiya krna chaeya?
Walekum Assalam , It seems to be migraine headache. Take Tablet LIMIGZOLE 2.5 mg with good hydration, when you have this sort of pain.you must take rest and sleep after medication, otherwise you ll not be feeling well .DONT take this tab more than twice in a week. Moreover start TAB HITOP 25 mg every night after dinner for 3 months at least. It’s better if you get your clinical check up done for further investigation .

Ye kfi time sa ho raha ha dic koi test nhi krwaya or panadol lena sa bi thk nhi hota kiya ya gas hoskta ha?
