Talk to Neuro Physician on Heading Spinning (Sometimes After Accident)

I had an accident and got 2 head hits but all the swelling and wounds are recovered but sometimes I am facing the head spinning issue and specially when I lay on bed and move on right side.

I am taking Serc tablet with Denzen ds and rotec.

Looking for the advise . Thanks
