Talk to Neuro Physician on Involuntary Sounds

Asking for Self, Female, 20 years old, Dir Lower

I'm 20, female. For a while I've had 3 things happening together: my gums itch constantly and I press them on my nails to relieve it; I keep making involuntary sounds like "bbbb," "rrrrr," "tttt" that I can't control and find embarrassing; and when I read, I get excess saliva and keep swallowing/pushing it. It gets worse when I'm focused or stressed. Could this be a tic disorder? What specialist should I see and what treatment is available?
