Talk to Neuro Physician on Jaw Locking And Stiffness

I have been suffering from jaw locking issue since age of 15, 16 especially during winter months. Now I feel an almost constant stiffness and usual locking of jaw, have the urge to grind teeth. Have been diagnosed with anxiety but this problem did not *completely* go away even while on medication for it. Which doctor should I consult? A TMJ specialist? A psychiatrist? A dentist? Confused, please help.
