Stroke is of many kinds. A stroke at the age of 50 is caused by different reasons than a stroke at 75. According to your history your stroke was caused by bleeding in the brain. It’s not clear to me whether it was intracerebral bleeding ( inside the brain) or subarachnoid ( outside the brain but inside the brain membranes). It’s also not clear what treatment did you have like coiling or clipping of the aneurysm. Travel to northern areas will not cause any extra stress on your body. If you could post your images on this site it would help to know what caused your stroke
