I feel lightheadness and numbness in legs all the weight is 39. Please tell me the possible treatment.

Avoid cross leg will resolve your numbness issue.. secondly do some stretching exercises soo that if there is any nerve compression, it will be relieved.

MAdam I have checked my thyroid and reports are ok but l still facing severe lightheadness and numbness. l have also used stemetil and serc tablet for lightheadness but no relief. Please give me some solution.
