Asking for Mother, Female, 60 years old, Mianwali
Assalam o Alaikum, My mother is MCA stroke patient from 3 years, she is being treated since 2017 from Dr General Naeem neuro physician to till now Almost 2 years ago her Doppler ultra sonography showed that her Left ICA was blocked due to plaques and still after 2 years Doctor recommend us same test but we are so disaapointed bcz there was no recovery and now ICA is totally blocked... Here i am sharing her 2 years ago Report and fresh report of ultra sonography... Her blood report and other organs functioning report is normal... Kindly Helps us what we can do in this condition why her plaques and blood clots diameter is increasing day by day....

Endarterectomy Or angioplasty is necessary for this stage of stenosis??? Or medication can cure patient?

Thanks for asking my opinion. Your mother should have CT ANGIOGRAM OF CAROTIDS AND IN THE TREATMENT CLOPIDOGREL 75 mg needs to be started as well along with Vit B12.
