Hello, thank you for your question. A few things need to be clarified here: firstly who diagnosed this as migraine and when was it diagnosed. Was it a doctor who diagnosed it or yourself? Headaches can be of several types, not all headaches are migraines. If your headache is not migraine and you’re taking migraine medication, it will definitely not help. Second thing to consider is that sometimes continued use of pain medication has the opposite effect and it actually CAUSES headache rather than treat it.
