i started getting migraine out of nowhere. am 25F, recently got married. having no history of headaches or family history of migraine. it starts at the same time in the evening, start from the left side of the head and gets into eyes then nose and left side of gum then teeth. it kept getting worse. took paracetamol regularly for a week. help me out if i should get some tests or something
