Dot in MRI brain doesn’t mean that you have got a pathology. In MRI brain we frequently come across such dot like shadowing which only has relevance if it can be correlated with clinical picture. As for the cyst ( is it ovarian?) you need to consult a gynaecologist. You are also suffering from a depressive illness and are finding it difficult to cope. There may be some family pressures. When we are suffering from depression we look for a physical illness to explain our symptoms because we need something tangible to hold on to. Do consult your GP for help initially for multiple physical issues
