I don’t think this MRI report shows any significant abnormality. Commonly in a case of vertigo we do ask for MRI to rule out problems in a particularly area (CP angle) and that has been reported clear. Therefore your vertigo is caused by something else. We also need to identify whether you are suffering from vertigo or dizziness as “chakar “ doesn’t tell us much. We need a detailed history.
