Talk to Neuro Physician on Neurogenic Claudication

Dear sir 13 days ago i suddenlly got pain in my legs and more in my right leg i cannot walk and cannot even stand have als numbness in my legs went to dr he told me i have Neurogenic claudication stenosis disc problem and nerve block (plz sir see my MRI attached) advised me medicin like pregabalin mecobolamin piroxicame and also some physio exercises after using thses drug and done exercise i am feeling bit better but still i cannot walk for 5 minutes and after waliking feel numbness pain and tiredness (dr faroq azam neuro in peshawar ) but today i went to another neuro dr tol me no need of exercises just use the medicine for 2 weeks if not getting better then go for sergury now i am confused what to do plz sir advice
