Assalamu Alaikum! I had been suffering from headache in right side of my head since April 2018. I went to doctor and did MRI, the MRI was fine. Now since last two days I am having pain at one point at the back of my head. It lasts for 2 to 3 seconds but it very disturbing. Please tell what it is?

It looks like Migraine +/- some slight nerves compression at the back of the neck.
if you use smart phone in excess ,please avoid it. specially if you use it with your head bent forward or you use it in lying position.
For now you can start Tab. Sensival 25 mg at night for 2 months and Tab. Nuberole forte twice daily.
