Asking for Self, Male, 73 years old, Lahore
My father has altered mental state, confusion, disorientation , weakness and loss of appetite since last month. I'm sharing his MRI report , CT scan and CT scan report, please guide what's the exact problem and prognosis. One Neurophysician has diagnosed dementia and Parkinson's disease but one doctor has suggested that he has some infection which was not treated. His H pylori is positive and high too.
