Talk to Neuro Physician on Numbness And Tingling

I have diagnosed bad cholesterol and high sugar level & they are controlled and my sugar level is 100 in fasting and 130,150 in random. Cholesterol level is also under control. But again i have numbness and tingling feeling in left portion of my body.Pls guide me that why these problems occurs again.
