Hello Doctor, I have been experiencing numbness in my arm and leg for more than 20 years. The numbness often occurs at night and can affect the full arm and leg. It usually improves after massaging or pressing the area. I am concerned about the cause and would like your advice on possible reasons and whether any further tests or treatment are needed.
