Talk to Neuro Physician on Numbness In Feet

Hi doctor, After I ate dinner with a cold drink today, I'm having a continuous sense of light numbness/tingling (like when the foot sleeps in lay-man terms) in the heel of my right feet by my ankle and pain & tingling in the lower sight of my right thigh. The left feet has numbness which come and goes. I had the same experience a week ago with my left foot only which lasted for two days which occasionally moved to the left hand but mostly the foot. A few months ago, if I had this sense, it lasted only for a few minutes. Weight 42-43kgs, height 4'11". History of sugar addiction of sugar for a few years. I'm afraid of having diabetes.
