Old Tremor

Question

Is there a cure for tremors? My dad has an old tremor. He can't stand on his feet at all. Is it possible to treat it in medical or is it possible to treat it in homeopathy whatever it is please advise

Tremor at this age can be of various types but two main categories are worth considering: Firstly Benign Familial Essential Tremor. In spite of its long name this is simpler and easier to manage. Second one is tremor due to Parkinsonism. This is more serious and only an experienced neurologist can diagnose it. I have seen a lot of elderly people wrongly diagnosed as Parkinsonism  and being put on treatment which can do more harm than good.
