Talk to Neuro Physician on Only Minor Touch Sensation

I had a concern I just got married 2/3months ago. And I don't feel any touch sensation in my body it's just heaviness or pressure kind of feeling but no proper sensation or feeling. My background is that I've been taking therapy sessions for an year. My psychologist has asked me to see a neurologist. She said your mind and body both are detached and dissociated. I just feel very minor touch even if I rub my both hands together I'll feel very minor touch. I've been in a long term therapy of depression, anxiety and ocd. Kindly please let me know if someone could guide me better regarding this. Thanks!

you should visit a neurologist for thorough examination and then appropriate investigations for diagnosis and further management accordingly.
