person-avatar

Asking For Self, Male, 25 Years old, lahore

My primary symptom is a significant increase in pressure and discomfort in my pelvic area when I am in a seated position. This happens specifically when I am: • Sitting on an office chair, during prayer when sit. • Riding a motorcycle or bicycle. The problem is noticeably relieved when I: • Walk around, running, standing. • Lie down. The pain originated from back and radiates from the pelvic area to my right testicle or down my right leg. This radiating pain can become so intense that it becomes difficult for me to sit, it effect only my right side. I feel intense pressure and buring sensation in my penile area also. I would appreciate your diagnosis and advice on managing this condition. Also i perform my sctrotal and doppler ultrasound attached below.

you need to consult a neurologist. likely you may have wear and tear in lower spine disc. However detail clinical history would help and will save money on irrelevant investigations.

Ideally you should speak to a Neurologist, which will save you from unnecessary testing. Having said that an MRI L/S Spine will be necessary.

Without examination it is not possible to pin point the cause of your low back pain. Generally speaking low back pain radiating down one leg is known as Sciatica and it is caused by lumbar disc herniation or slippage. The disc slips out and impinges on a spinal nerve root generally L5/S1 causes pain down the back of leg. It can be treated with proper methods of standing sitting and lying. MRI is required to define the location of herniated disc
