The patient is complaining of pain in shoulder, back, and neck. Further, since 15 days his movement is very limited.. Please guide, how may improve his condition, as he is taking above medicines regularly since last week.

Tab Sinemet 1/4 th tab 3 times a day.
Tab PK Merz 1 tab 2 times a day.
patient need regular check up and fallow movement may be drug induced +_ non motor symptoms.
