Talk to Neuro Physician on Peripheral Vertigo

person-avatar

Asking For Self, Male 35, Lahore

I have been experiencing persistent dizziness for the past 2 months.

Symptoms:

No spinning or shaking of surroundings.

Mild sense of imbalance.

Medical Evaluation So Far:

General Physician: CBC, BP, Sugar, Electrolytes — all normal.

Optician: No abnormality detected.

ENT: Diagnosed with peripheral vertigo, likely due to prolonged use of AirPods. Eardrum found to be slightly retracted.

Medications Prescribed by ENT:

Serc 16 mg

Navidoxine

Airtal ER

Progress:

Completed 8 doses with no significant improvement.

Uncertain if the dizziness is due to noise exposure or a neck-related issue.

Additional Note: About 2 months ago, while using AirPods at low volume, I suddenly felt a loud buzzing sound and nearly lost balance. The sensation disappeared immediately after removing the AirPods.
