Talk to Neuro Physician on Possible Swollen Lymph Nodes

Assalamu aleikum I get a swelling on the back of my head frequently. There is no apparent pattern but it is extremely painful. At its most, it makes even moving my head painful. Chota sa lump ho jata hai soft feel hota hai bilkul base of the skull py. Jahan hairline neck py khtm hoti hai Ab iski wajah se throat mei bhi pain sa feel hota hai. Pehly mujhe laga tha k hijab lene ki wajah se shayd sebaceous gland swell hogya hoga. Lekin bina hijab k bhi ho jata hai Please advice.
