Asking For Self, Male 20, Karachi, Pakistan
I am experiencing recurring headaches, mostly on the front side of my head. The pain feels similar to migraine and often includes pain around the sides of my eyes. Along with this, I sometimes feel sharp, sudden pain in my right ear (like stabbing sensations). I also frequently have nasal issues, including a blocked nose and sometimes a runny nose (cold symptoms). Additionally, I have mild eyesight weakness (0.50) and use glasses with blue light protection. My daily screen time is quite high 8–9 hours on a laptop due to night job, plus 2–3 hours on mobile. These headaches can start suddenly at any time and sometimes become quite uncomfortable, especially when combined with eye strain and ear pain. I want to understand the possible cause of these symptoms and what steps I should take to manage or treat this condition.
From the provided information, it is not clear whether these are tension-type headaches, migraine-type or cervicogenic-type headaches.

People who are computer professionals often suffer from headaches. Try and adjust the height of your desktop so that you don’t need to bend your head. A diagnosis of myopia suggests that you have been bending your head to see the writing on the screen as now there is some blurring of vision. Instead of bending your head either raise your table or lower your office chair
