Shivering

Question

From the very last year.. whenever I was a bit worried about something or some hands started shivering..I don't know the reason behind this but it is really disturbing.. maybe panicking over something results in this but right now my whole arm is me what can I do and the reason behind it???

do u have any stress, anxiety or fear.
if you start shivering while having these symptoms you can consult with any clinical psychologist. if u only have tremors without any reason then consult neurophysician .
