Talk to Neuro Physician on Spinning Sensations

my mother has been experiencing extreme head spinning sensations, and shows signs of vertigo (she gets fluid in the ears and tinnitus.. she also feels nauseous , but there is no headache.. she has an old cervical pain and migraine (but not too often). doctors prescribed her nausea med, with serc 18 mg and stugeron.. still she is experiencing this condition.. what to do? please respond
