she is suffering from trigeminal neurologia from Last 3 years wo had a rfa surgery but now its starts again and pain is jumping high day by day medication is at very high level she consume more than 1200mg of tegral with 200mg of gabbica whats should we do futher for permanent treatment
can you please share the neuroimaging (MRI brain with cranial nerve protocol)report?

If pain is back even after RFA and high meds, we need to look deeper. An MRI with contrast can show if something is pressing on the nerve. Sometimes the old meds stop working, and the plan needs to change.
