Asking For Self, Male 26, Islamabad

Salam,

From Past 2 Months I have a wierd feeling in my neck muscles. Whenever I try to focus on something (Visually) especially in Namaz or talking to a person or Riding A Motorbike and sometimes while sitting in public. I feel uncontroled movement of my neck towards left.

Initialy I thought it is due to nerviousness or maybe its due to weekness because of fasting in ramazan. But now two weeks have passes after ramazan, This feeling is just increasing instead of going away.

I try to not move my head and but I cannot control much. If I try hard to make my head still I feel stifness in my neck muscles and ultimately I have move my head.

What is the problem and what should be the cure for it.

Thanks

Thank you for sharing your concerns regarding the neck discomfort and involuntary movements you’re experiencing. Based on the symptoms described, it could be beneficial for you to consult a healthcare professional, such as a neurologist or a physiotherapist, who can provide a proper diagnosis and treatment plan tailored to your needs. They may assess for any underlying issues, such as muscle strain, tension, or other neurological conditions. In the meantime, consider gentle stretching exercises and maintaining good posture to alleviate some strain on your neck muscles. Additionally, managing stress through relaxation techniques might also be helpful. Please take care and ensure you seek professional guidance soon.
