Normally we do not feel sensations of our organs functioning like insects crawling on the scalp which could be due to variations in skin temperature or pulsating blood vessels. But when our senses are heightened due to anxiety or at night when there are no other stimuli we do feel all sorts of odd sensations. Best thing is to ignore the sensation but if you cant ignore them, make yourself busy in something else like reading for pleasure.

Sir it is sensation of a pain but not severe and yes it comes with a attack usually before 1 to 2 hour when i am go for sleep it has been from 1 week and yes it all started out of the blue
