The spot is seen in brain MRI I am unable to swallow and taking water and meal by facing left side my headache is also there sometimes my feet are being cold I can't balance myself head is felt moving

There’s a possibility that you might have a tuberuloma in the brain. There’s already evidence of tubercular granuloma in the lung. This is also causing epileptic fits. A further brain MRI with epilepsy protocol where the slice thickens is 1 mm instead of 3 mm as in normal brain MRI would delineate the microscopic lesion and followed by stereotactic surgery may be the answer
