My maid's son had an accident few days ago. Im sharing his xray report and prescription. Can any one kindly recommend what to do in this situation also can this issue leads to permanent paralysis?
Hello, has he undergo any Surgical procedure? And What’s current Power In legs? Either they are working/moving Or not? And In the end We have to go for MRI Lumbosacral Spine, to See Nerves/Spinal Cord Involvement..
Important Thing Is Power/Movement in both legs, If it’s present now (He’s Moving Both legs) , and He’s Getting rest + Medications, he’ll surely improve IA. For any query/Question, You can ask.
Kindly get MRI Lumbosacral spine to rule out canal compression.
Also get the patient properly examined by a neurosurgeon. Patient may need surgery.
