Asking For Self, Male, 24 Years old, Lalamusa
Around 3-4 years ago, I started experiencing pain in my right buttock and lower back. The pain was intermittent and sometimes radiated down my entire leg, making it feel like a nerve issue. Pressing my foot upward used to provide some relief, but the pain was often severe. For the past 3–4 years, this pain has been on and off. However, in the last 2–3 months, the pain shifted to my left leg, becoming extremely intense. Recently, I underwent an MRI, which revealed the underlying issue.I’m attaching the reports below. Now, I want to know what precautionary measures I should take and what treatment options are suitable for this condition.
Tarloc cysts are usually found incidentally on MRIs and are usually asymptomatic. They do not need to be removed unless they are causing symptoms.
this needs your your proper examination and then discussion and your concerns regarding different treatment options.
