Talk to Neuro Surgeon on Pudendal Nerve Pain

My primary symptom is a significant increase in pressure and discomfort in my pelvic area when I am in a seated position. This happens specifically when I am: • Sitting on an office chair. • Riding a motorcycle or bicycle. The problem is noticeably relieved when I: • Walk around. • Lie down. The pain originated from back and sometimes radiates from the pelvic area to my right testicle or down my right leg. This radiating pain can become so intense that it becomes difficult for me to sit, especially on my right side. I feel intense pressure and sometimes buring sensation in my penile area also.
