by relaxing your life , enough sleep, regular walk , simple and balance diet , include some pumpkin seed ,2 walnut, white portion of watermelon, reading books on sexuality before bed time ,
with Normal health condition have no need to take additional stuff ,
if some one feel less libido then he have to consult Doctor to diagnose the cause,
an extra desire is also can be consider as abnormal.

These are certain foods that enhance libido and at the same time there is group of foods too that are considered to be libido killers.

Best libido boosters include ginger and cloves. You can make ginger tea by adding ginger and few cloves in it. Both things are easily available. Dried figs (anjeer) are helpful. The best way is to have 5 of them in the morning with your breakfast. Breakfast is very important because the foods that you consume early in the morning make up your day. Have an egg daily because they’re a good source of l-arginine. Spinach is also very help but it’s difficult to incorporate it in daily routine. The best way to add it in diet is by making spinach omelette. Dark chocolate increases both serotonin and dopamine levels in brain. It helps in increasing blood flow and lowers stress levels due to the incrased levels of these hormones. Having a cup of green tea daily also helps because the cathechins present in green tea kills off free radicals. It helps in increasing blood flow.
