Male , Age 23 , Student, Height 5 ft 9 inches , weigh is only 57 kg , I wanna increase my weight,sudden after eating meal the urge to defecate starts and I defecate within an hour , once I consulted with Gastroenterologist he said it's not a problem, I've tried everything like dates , banana shake, roasted chanay , panjeeri but my weight is stuck neither it goes up nor down. Kindly recommend me something.
