Asking for Self, Female, 24 years old, Faisalabad

I am 24 years old and I started gaining weight probably since 2020. Now my weight is 84 kg. I want to reduce it and I am also a married woman. I have been married for five months. I have also been on a diet a lot, but this is causing me some problems.I don't eat much food either, I drink a milkshake or fresh juices for breakfast, I don't eat anything for lunch in the afternoon, I only eat roti, rice or whatever I made at night, sometimes I eat fast food, I don't eat much, so I'm very worried. Please tell me something that can help me lose weight quickly.

Thank you for sharing your situation in detail. From what you described, your weight gain is not simply due to eating too much, but more related to an unbalanced eating pattern and repeated dieting. Skipping meals like lunch, relying on milkshakes or juices for breakfast, and then eating most of your food at night can slow down your metabolism and increase fat storage, even if you feel you are eating less. This pattern often leads to low energy during the day and stronger cravings later, which makes weight control more difficult. The good news is that you do not need extreme dieting or starvation to lose weight. What you need is a structured, balanced routine with proper meal timing, enough protein, and portion control that fits your daily life as a married woman. Since you are already feeling problems from dieting, it is important to avoid further restrictive plans that can harm your body and instead follow a sustainable approach. I would recommend booking a consultation so we can assess your lifestyle in detail and create a safe, practical weight loss plan that helps you lose weight steadily and maintain it long term without weakness or frustration.

your diet is not balanced and will probably lead you to gain more weight. also some lab tests are required for smooth and targeted weight loss. otherwise things will remain the same

Skipping meals is not a wise approach infact who so ever suggested you to skip meals is duffer, the actual approach should be portion control and divide your total calories into 4 to 5 meals, follow intermittent fasting twice a week, avoid bakery items, fast foods and sugary drinks for a 30 days period, add proteins like eggs chicken along with fiber in your diet, set target to walk atleast 10k steps daily. If these approaches still not working than go for TSH, and Hba1C to assess for hypothyroidism or PMOS. If aforementioned tests are not within reference values, you need personalized diet and workout plan under the supervision of an expert Nutrition expert.
