Her Lumpectomy Surgery was carried out yesterday, Surgeon was expected to do identification of sentinel lymph node procedure as well but he has taken sample nodes 4. Is it fine and standard procedure?

It's a standard procedure to get 4 Lymph nodes during Setinal lymph node biopsy
Further treatment of your patient will depend on the surgical histopathology report, thanks

It is standard procedure to perform Breast Conservation Surgery along with Sentinel Lymph Node Dissection. If the sentinel node is identified, removed, and the frozen section shows no evidence of disease, this is considered standard practice.

I was confused because Surgeon didn't write in post operative notes about the procedure of identification of sentinel lymph nodes. he only mentioned 4 lymph nodes
