Hi, don't need to worry. Just get opnion from breast surgeon or general surgeon whether she needs further work up or investigations. I believe it simply issue, not a cancer until unless prove otherwise.

What you are asking are concerns pertaining to postpartum amenorrhea/hypomenorrhea and postpartum galactorrhoea. Pain can be related to ductal obstruction/mastitis. You can google them. These are related to elevated prolactin levels (hormones) after pregnancy and duration varies person to person. However, if you have redflags, first doctor to confide in must be your obstetrician, and if still not addressed adequately, consider a general surgeon vs breast consultant. I have to agree with dr Sundas that physical examination done by relevant consultant holds more relevance in your case to further the evaluation.
