Thanks for asking query related to your father health
Diagnosis:Radiologically suspected gastesopgeal cancer (biopsy has not done) with lung and mediastinal lymph nodes.
History: 64 years History of dysphagia.

Plan
1.Patient needs urgent upper GI endoscopy and biopsy to confirm cancer type first
2.Molecular testing on biopsy sample PDL1,HER2,MMR status.
3.In case, biopsy confirms the diagnosis of cancer, than looking at ct scan, I am afraid, it's not curable anymore, but we can treat him in case he is fit enough to tolerate? chemoimmunitherapy.

Feel free to contact me should you have any further queries
