AOA ! Pls have a look at this ultrasound report and suggest if anything should be done in this regard.. there is no pain in lumps and they have been present for most 8 years and the previous drs have suggested not to remove them as they can appear again and are in both sides.

These are non cancerous lumps. But you have to keep record of you ultrasounds every year. To keep check if it is changing behaviour.

Do fresh ultrasound breast . If found suspicious lumps then only do True cut biopsy otherwise no need for biopsy even . Surgery to be done only for proven cases

No need to do anything…consult if she feels any changes in size…otherwise only monitoring with breast ultrasound once a year is sufficient.
