There is your afp is in normal limit but it could be cholangio ca or hcc its need to do image guided laproscopic biopsy for confirmation

It&rsquo;s unlikely to be malignant liver cancer. However if you get MRI liver, that can clarify further. CT shows a benign (non cancerous) liver lesion called focal nodular hyperplasia or a blood collection (called hemangioma). If MRI confirms Focal nodular hyperplasia, then can wait and watch but will require follow up scans serially.
