My brother is diagnosed with metastatic adenocarcinoma through biopsy.. We conducted egd which normal, CT scan normal and EGD also normal.... CT showed subdiaphgratic lymphedenophathy.. Is it treatable with chemotherapy or kindly suggest any other treatment so his life saved and improved
