yes it is cancer.. will need biospy and liver function tests, treatment based on lab results and patient performance status.. intent of treatment will be palliative, it is not curable now

MRI shows carcinoma of gallbladder with liver metastasis so according to report it’s cancer you have to consult with surgeon for biopsy and surgery
There is abnormal thing seen in scan. Need to see patient and then biopsy test for the confirmation of disease
