"I have been experiencing persistent back pain for the past three months, mainly in my spine, upper, and lower back. The pain varies—sometimes it gets severe, and other times it reduces. After sleeping, my back feels stiff, but movement and exercise provide some relief. However, rest often makes the pain return. My flexibility is fine, and I can move my neck and legs normally."

Pain/stiffness jagah badalti rehti hai—kabhi left leg(scientic type), kabhi right QL, oblique, mid/lower back ya spine. Kabhi sharp pain, kabhi sirf tightness. Raat ko side change karne par dard, neend bhi disturb hoti hai. Bowling wapas start nahi kar para. Samajh nahi aa raha masla muscle, nerve ya disc ka hai. MRI zaroori hai?
